Pallet Fork for Loader

This series of products are widely used in stations, ports, airports, factories and warehouses and are highly efficient machineries for mechanical loading/unloading, stacking and short distance transportation. After equipped with this accessory, the mini wheel loaders are able to drive into the ship’s holds, truck compartments and containers to load/unload and carry the goods on pallets. They are the essential machineries in pallet transportation and container transportation.

Features:

This pallet fork includes two types: mechanical pallet fork and hydraulic pallet fork. The mechanical pallet fork shall be adjusted manually, while the hydraulic pallet fork can be adjusted automatically because it is equipped with hydraulic cylinder, which is light and flexible, labor and time saving.
The fork adopts the forging and pressing pieces of alloy steel, and the guide rail assembly is welded high performance alloy steel sheets, so its bending resistance is rather good.
The hydraulic pallet fork can act quickly with the hydraulic drive. When the two forks are separated, it can carry two pallets at a time; when the two forks are put together, it can perform the flexible works as the ordinary forklift. Therefore, it is especially suitable for the carrying and stacking the goods (such as beer pallets) in the containers.
